Physique-IQ.com offer a comprehensive shipping selection.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be processed the same day for shipment. Orders placed after 1pm we always try to accomodate but will generally be processed the next working day. Orders are not processed Saturday or Sundays or Bank Holidays.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES

UK Deliveries are charged at £1.99 for under 1kg services and £3.99 for 1kg-30kg courier services. Please note all UK orders over £59.99 are shipped free of charge regardless of weight. Your order may be despatched by mail or courier service. We will determine which is most appropriate for your particular order. All orders up to 1kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service - which is usually a next working day service - and all larger orders, over 1kg, via signed for courier. We currently utilise Interlink Express, UK Mail and Parcel Force International to achieve the best available service. Where available all courier services are automatic Next Day services. Please note that this does not apply to Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

Orders may be met from different fulfilment centres and so large orders may arrive in multiple packages. Where possible your items will be kept to the minimum number of packages but different stock and brand considerations may mean you will receive items from different locations by different postal services/courier services. You are not charged multiple shipping values if this occurs.

All orders require a signature on delivery for insurance purposes. In some instances, if you are not at home/work the items may be signed for by a neighbour or work colleague. If you are unlikely to be at home during normal working hours please consider having your items delivered to your work address or a family/neighbour who will be available.

First time orders will only despatched to the registered card address or a verifiable business address. Unverified third party residential addresses may only be specified on subsequent orders.

1kg Royal Mail shipments are charged at £1.99 to the UK Mainland

Shipments over 1kg and upto 30kg will be dispatched by courier and charged at £3.99 per 30kg.

ALL UK ORDERS over £59.99 will be offered FREE shipping regardless of weight. This offer applies to UK orders only and is not applicable to non-UK locations.

Please ensure your email can receive automated system updates from physique-iq.com (please check your junk mail/spam filters and ensure all physique-iq.com domains are on your 'safe' list). All updates will be sent via email. Relevant shipping details, including tracking numbers and service used will be emailed to you where possible. It is important to follow your orders progress as orders which are not delivered after several attempts may be returned to us as failed deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We ship small items internationally to most country locations. Small items are shipped via track-enabled Air Sure Air Mail packets charged at £5.99 anywhere in the world.

All orders over 1kg are calculated by weight and destination automatically. Most countries will see delivery costs between £9.99-£29.99 for the majority of items, though some locations are more expensive for very large parcels and weights.

BFPO DELIVERIES

We supply all BFPO forces addresses. These are shipped to London and then forwarded by HM Forces Mail service. Please include service numbers if appropriate. BFPO addresses are limited to 2kg shipments. Some BFPO addresses are freepost locations while others are charged at standard national or international rates. For a full list please the BFPO website or contact us before ordering. Items under 1kg are shipped FREEPOST. Items over 1kg are charged at £9.99

APO DELIVERIES

We supply U.S forces addresses. Please enter APO as your city and choose AE as your state code. Register your country as USA to ensure delivery. APO addresses are charged at the same rates as USA airsure shipments of £5.99 for orders under 1kg or £9.99 for 1kg-3kg shipments. Larger orders may incur a by weight addition.

RETURNS AND ERRORS

If an order is returned to us due to customer error then a re-shipping fee of £6.99 is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. Alternatively a refund may be made minus packing and handling costs. If the error is ours, the item will, of course, be re-shipped at our cost. Alternatively a full refund may be offered.

Q: Do you offer timed or Saturday deliveries?

A: Timed or Saturday Deliveries may be possible on certain orders for an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering if you wish to enquire about these services.


Q: Do you offer tracked order services?

A: Royal Mail Recorded deliveries are tracked services. Courier orders will be tracked services. International Air Sure is also a tracked service. If you have difficulties with tracking information please contact us and we will endeavour to confirm your package tracking info. Once your order is shipped you will normally receive an automated email update which will contain details of your carrier and tracking details if available.

Q: Can you confirm customs or import charges?

A: Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. All these charges are payable by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and due to the wide variety of laws and customs policies for individual countries we are unable to supply information on these. If you are unsure of what charges may be applicable it may be a good idea to check with your local customs office for further information.


Q: Can you guarantee my items will pass through my customs office?

A: Our company is registered and based in the United Kingdom and we operate within its laws and supplement regulations. Due to the huge variation in different countries laws and regulations and frequent changes we cannot confirm which items are allowed through customs in your particular country. We cannot be held responsible for customs offices opening, holding, refusing or destroying packages that do not meet their requirements. If you are unsure of what items are covered it may be a good idea to check with your local customs office or your government websites for further information.


Q: Can you deliver to a hotel?

A: To prevent credit card fraud first time orders can only be sent to the address your card is registered to or a verifiable business address. If a hotel is your place of employment this can be verified, unfortunately we cannot ship to temporary guests in hotels until the card is verified.


Q: Will you deliver to other armed forces addresses such as APO?

A: Small items up to 1kg can be despatched to non U.K forces addresses such as American APO. Please remember however that these will be classed as Air Sure Air Mail packets and will generally ship through your country of origin for forwarding, not the country you operate in. For example all APO orders are treated as orders to the U.S.A regardless of your operational location. Please note that tracking may not be available through non U.K forces post systems.


Q: My package is late/damaged/missing - how can you help?

A: Although every effort is made to ensure your products reach you in good condition and in a timely fashion, once shipped the packages are beyond our control.
