It contains an extensive array of sports nutrition ingredients, with an amazing 40grams of protein per serving and has been designed with food flavouring specialists in order to deliver what is quite possibly the best tasting all-in-one formula available today!

As-One40™ has been highly developed to provide a multitude of ingredients in order to make your sports nutrition plan “easy and fuss free”. Designed to cover all the bases, As-One40™ can be used as a pre-training support formula, as well as post-training for optimum recovery.

The ingredients used include premium grade whey protein as the main protein source, which is then fortified by Pro-TRAAM™ our unique “Protein Blend & Time Release Amino Acid Matrix”, which is technically developed to also include a high level of Branch Chain Amino acids, (this combination of ingredients means that there are 4 protein sources). You will then find our Volumising and Recovery Formula (VRF5™) containing Creatine, L-Glutamine, L-Glycine, Taurine as well as Beta Alanine, further supported with a Zinc & Magnesium Formula and finally a Vitamin Blend.

SUGGESTED USE

Suggested daily servings: On non-training days, take one serving mid morning and one serving mid afternoon. On training days we suggest one serving approximately 60 minutes before training and one serving immediately after training in order to assist your recovery.

To mix a serving - Add 75grams (2 rounded scoops) with approx 300ml of iced cool water, blend or shake vigorously, enjoy! (Designed to be used with chilled cool water and to be consumed within 5-10 minutes of mixing, may also be mixed with chilled milk).

Only used Physique IQ once and normally wouldn't bother with feedback but in fairness it was superb. Too many supplement sites have you waiting ages for deliveries without updates, get your order wrong, change parts of your order without telling you because what you want is out of stock etc etc. The service was great from you guys though, you'll be getting my orders from now on without a doubt
