Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in human muscle tissue. CNP Pro-Glutamine 500g - Hi Maciek, thanks for the question. You can mix Glutamine with milk if you want but it does taste pretty bad. Generally it works best with water or fruit flavoured drinks, though you can also mix it into your protein/mass gain shakes. L-Glutamine is best used before and after training and prior to sleep for maximum effect. It can be used more often if you have a virus or illness though as L-Glutamine is believed to improve immune function and can help offset some muscle loss caused by illness stress.
