To enhance the effect you may wish to use the Novedex during the day and the Arimiplex upon waking and before bed so that you are spreading the effect out across the entire day to ensure maximum results. Novedex is a pure AI based anti-estrogen, which is useful when used initially in a PCT for a harsh converting cycle, before continuing with the Esto Suppress. This does not cover you with any detox or longer term hormonal support however, so I would recommend leaving the Novedex and getting a more complete product, such as Arimiplex, Rage RV1-Ultra, FORGED: ATD etc to stack alongside the Esto Suppress. Gaspari Novedex XT is certainly strong enough to work as the main anti-estrogen after such cycling, though ideally I'd consider adding in a detox/natural test boost product as well to ensure proper recovery and full health. Your PCT duration can vary depending on your personal reaction. As the cycles were relatively mild, I'd estimate 21-30 days should cover most users, unless you have noticed exaggerated negative side effects and are slow to respond.
