No, however we suggest on non-training days to take a ½ serving of Assault.

Assault can be stacked with any and all Muscle Pharm products. If I workout in the evening will Assault affect my sleep?
It can tend to affect sleep if taken late in the evening. We suggest if you take Assault late in evening to use our product Bullet Proof to help with a deep sleep. How is Kre-Alkalyn® different from other creatines?
