CNP Pro-Creatine 500g - Hi Maciek, thanks for the question. Creatine is generally used 4 times per day for 1 week to load up and then reduce to 1 or 2 servings per day (dependent on bodyweight and activity levels). When using 1 or 2 servings per day it can ideally be used before and after training. On any non-training days it can be used at any meal times you find suitable.
