SUGGESTED USE

Mix with juice or carbohydrate drink. Take two heaped teaspoonsful (10g) for five days, then one and a half teaspoonsful (7g) for five days and then one heaped teaspoonful (5g) for seven days. Then
follow a maintenance dose of one teaspoonful (3g) per day.
