About 8oz (half a pint) of liquid is generally used for best effect however as long as the powder is fully dissolved you can use less or more depending on your preference. You may need to keep mixing the formula up as creatamax isn't the greatest formula for dissolving in liquid, but about 4oz or more will be enough to avoid digestive problems.
