Recommended Use

Bodybuilders, Powerlifters, Strongmen: For muscle size and strength: Take 5g of Creatamax 300 daily mixed with your energy, protein or weight gain drink (Promax, Viper, Recovermax, Progain, Promax Meal, Promax Diet) 4 times a day for the first 5 days. Thereafter, take 5g morning and evening (or after training) mixed as above. Runners, Athletes, Cyclists: For endurance, stamina and energy: Do not take a loading dose. Instead, mix 2.5g with your preferred drink (above) in the morning and again after training (or in the afternoon).

Maximuscle Creatamax 300 - Hi Tom, thanks for your question. Cyclone already contains creatine, however you can use this to load on a larger dose and see more rapid results than Cyclone used alone. You can mix this with water, juice or a warm beverage, any is fine.

Maximuscle Creatamax 300 - Hi Simon, thanks for the question. About 8oz (half a pint) of liquid is generally used for best effect however as long as the powder is fully dissolved you can use less or more depending on your preference. You may need to keep mixing the formula up as creatamax isn't the greatest formula for dissolving in liquid, but about 4oz or more will be enough to avoid digestive problems.
