Recommended Use
Loading: Mix 1 level scoop (33g) of Creatamax Extreme with 200ml of water, and take 4 times a day for the first 4-5 days. Maintenance: After loading dose, take 1 scoop (33g) twice daily., once in the morning and once after training or in the afternoon. You can run Creatamax Extreme alongside Cyclone if you wish. However Creatamax is designed mainly as a loading phase for creatine to be used for a short run to maximize your creatine stores and not continuously as your body will not need huge amounts of creatine all the time. Remember if you want to gain muscle you will generally gain some weight (muscle still weighs something!) but I believe you may be referring to gaining lean muscle rather than bulking up for size whether it's fat, fluid, muscle, glycogen, cell-volume etc. If this is the case you may find the extra carbs from Creatamax and Cyclone combined will be too much unless you have an extremely fast metabolism or compete at a high athletic level (or have a massively demanding physical job - such as a military or construction job). For lean gains you may wish to add a non-calorific creatine in such as a Creatine Ethyl Ester or Kre-Alkalyn tablet form creatine instead.
