BSN NO-Xplode and CellMass WORKOUT STACK Answer

BSN WORKOUT STACK - Hi Marcus, thank you for your question. This stack is designed as a specific pre and post workout combo. No-Xplode will enhance the workout itself and should be taken between 15 and 45 minutes prior to training. You may need to experiment on exactly when works best for you, so the energy peaks during the training session. Cellmass should be used either close to the end or just after the workout. Again, try it each way to see what suits your digestion best. There is no need to use these products on non-workout days, unless you are trying to load creatine for a week, in which case NO-Xplode can be used first thing in the morning on non-training days (single scoop only) and CELLMASS used before sleep. This will help load creatine and speed recovery, but is a little expensive to follow long term.
