The Cheaters Relief is designed to be used as an occasional product to limit the negative effects of the odd cheat meal, or dining out etc. It limits these excess calories from sugar and fats being absorbed and helps prevent the blood sugar cravings that can sometimes follow up from a cheat meal, that makes you want more and breaks dietary discipline. However, it is not advised to use this product all the time as it could theoretically impair healthy fat absorption and leave you malnourished from important vitamins and minerals. For a mild non-stimulant product used regularly check out the Sci-Mx Pyro-MX Stimulant Free. Alternatively CLA products (available from many companies) are a good dietary addition for leaning out without stimulants.
