EVERLAST DELUXE CHINNING BAR/SIT-UP BAR

Physique-IQ Review: This heavy-duty foam padded bar, with adjustable rake and lock and 2 separate sets of brackets (for both high and low locking points) fits in just about any doorway, arch or close wall area. Chins or pull-ups are one of the most effective all over body exercises and one of the few ways to build impressive backs with a home gym set up. This piece of kit handles up to 300lb loads (as long as your walls are sturdy enough!) which is a lot more than some of the lightweight options out there. The proper thick handle also makes for a more authentic chinning experience and better results. This is ideal when twinned with a dip-belt for more advanced users. Can also be used for ab raises and set at a low bracket point for aiding sit ups and other on the floor exercises.
