1st class service ordered at 10am recieved the next day before lunch. Very good customer service when contacting only issue is the product Stampede, have tried quite a few pre work out supps stim non stim products and this product is not very good even at the higher dose 2.5 to 3 scoops. Not IQ's fault just a product with more hype than results.
