Important Cycling Information:
Use in cycles that include 5 days on and 2 days off per week. Cycling Example: Take 4 days on and one day off. followed by 3 days on and 1 day off. repeat (4/1.3/1;4/1.3/1...). Cycling Example B: Take 5 days on followed by 2 days off. repeat (5/2;5/2...). Allow up to 4 weeks to attain full effects.

The cause is likely the creatine you are using is not suited to your digestion and is flushing water from your system. You may want to switch to a Kre-alkalyn or ethyl ester format creatine if you don't suit the product.
