Directions:

Take 3 capsules a day in divided servings; take one capsule upon waking, one 30 minutes before training and one before bed. Tyranabol should be taken on an empty stomach and is most effective when taken for a continuous cycle of 8-12 weeks followed by 2-4 weeks break before another cycle. For best results, protein intake should be set at optimum levels whilst on cycle.
