Recommended Usage

Directions for use: Use 2-3 servings of Diet Whey™ daily to help

ensure a lean and toned physique. Use at any stage throughout the day when a high-protein kick-start to the metabolism is needed.

 

For Men: Add 2 scoops of Diet Whey™ to 350ml of ice cold water and

shake for 10 seconds. Diet Whey™ provides a smooth, full-bodied shake
