NITRIX® is an a.m.-to-p.m. vaso-muscular dilator, increasing blood flow to working muscle tissue for improved performance no matter what type of training is being performed. i have recently bought nitrix to add to my stack;
tauro test,
milk thistle,
a to z multivitamin,
no xplode (on training days),
2 x 2 scoops of usn muscle anabolic,
2 x 2 scoops protein whey, 10gms bcaa, 2gms creatine.
2 x chicken & rice
2 x tuna sw.
i am finding it near impossible to fit in the supplements correctly, eg nitrix 2 hours after food etc.. there does not seem to be enough time in the day, also nitrix keeps me up so i have to take last dose no later than 4 hours to bedtime. i have 3 months supply most of which i bought from you. to add to this i work shifts 6 days on 4 days off, broken down into (0700-1700 x 2) & (1700-0200 x 2) & (2100-0700 x).
please could you help me to fit in all the food and supplements, this is driving me crazy and taking the enjoyment out of bodybuilding for me.
i am 34, 5'10, 86kgs, 20%bodyfat, train 3 on 1 off. been training for years, but serious for last 6 months and just starting tauro test and nitrix now.

michael stokes BSN Nitrix (360 Tablets) Answer BSN Nitrix (360 Tablets) - Hi Michael, thanks for the question. Yes we agree, there is a lot of confusion around supplements and supplement timing. In general a lot of companies like to assume you will only use their own brand and will follow their daily supplement plans. Generally though there is a couple of simple rules you can follow to really make it easy for yourself. Ask yourself does the product need to be taken with food or without it? Nitrix is taken away from food as glutamine and certain amino acids may reduce the effectiveness. This means you can take it around 20 minutes after any meal. After about 20 minutes, other than very large, dense meals, your stomach transit time will mean the stomach is empty again and the food has begun to break down in the next stage of the digestive system. So you can take your Nitrix more or less at the mid point between meals. For bodybuilding you basically need to eat every 2-3 hours. Don't worry about it more than this. The BCAAs take during training or before bed to reduce muscle soreness and improve muscle retention. Creatine can be taken with protein, with coffee, tea, juice or water - so use it whenever it suits you. Generally eat the shakes or meals with more carbs closer to waking up or training, and the higher protein, lower carb feeds closer to sleep or later in your day (whether this is shift work or not). This is because your body handles carbs best when it wakes up and after heavy weight training. Other times carbs are more likely to be stored as fat. So simply time it so you eat less carbs throughout the day, except after training when eat as much carbs and protein as you can. This is a very simple guide but it works. Don't overcomplicate it and life becomes a lot simpler and bodybuilding a lot more fun. BSN Nitrix (360 Tablets) QuestionFrom Nick Is this the same as n.o-explode, just in tablet form? NO-Xplode is a drink blend used before training only, as it contains mental and physical stimulants and energy compounds to ramp up your training, as well as eliciting extra pump. The Nitrix is used on an empty stomach throughout the day, or prior to training and enhances blood pump and delivery of nutrients, it does not have any of the creatine, energy or stimulants found in NO-Xplode though. You can use both together, it depends on your goals.
