One of the most popular anti-estrogen class of compounds is the SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator). Until now, most SERMs have been prescription only medications such as Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) or Clomiphene Citrate (Clomid) but Pharma Labs, makers of the heavy duty prohormone Tren Bomb, now have a legal second generation SERM on the market. Much like medical SERMs it works by blocking the receptor sites for estrogen in various body tissues, thus denying its ability to act. Esto Suppress is especially useful in protecting men from developing breast tissue from excess estrogen levels. Esto Suppress can be used as an ancillary anti-estrogen during prohormone cycles to minimise estrogenic side effects and/or during PCT (post cycle therapy) protocols to help instigate and support normal testosterone function and minimise estrogen rebound problems. Lowering estrogens effect in the male body can result in rapid fat loss, reduction of water bloat, improved mood, better sex drive and retention of muscle tissue.

RECOMMENDED USE GUIDELINES - ESTO SUPPRESS:
Take 1 capsule upon waking and 1 capsule shortly before bed with a glass of water. Can be taken with or without food. Do not exceed 4 capsules in any 24 hour period. Esto Suppress is a powerful anti-estrogen and is advised for use in males only. Reduction of estrogen in females can be hazardous and should be practiced only under medical supervision. Esto Suppress can be used concurrently with aromatising prohormones to limit side effects from conversion. It can also be used during PCT to support natural testosterone production and minimise rebound of unwanted estrogen levels. Esto Suppress can also be used as a standalone anti-estrogen product in males to encourage masculinisation. Esto Suppress is a very potent product and it's use is not recommended for long periods. Prolonged use of this product may cause temporary infertility due to altered hormone profiles. Limit use to 6 to 8 weeks and take a decent break inbetween uses. Esto Suppress can be stacked alongside prohormones as on cycle anti-e product. It can also be stacked with other forms of anti-estrogen or testosterone boosters during PCT or natural enhancement cycles. Not suitable for tested athletes.

Esto Suppress 60 caps Answer Esto Suppress is a SERM and as such is regularly used by many bodybuilders and other athletic individuals to minimize gyno risks on cycle. As a SERM it modifies the action of estrogen rather than eliminating it entirely like an ATD based supplement - this can often be beneficial in preventing loss of sex drive and other harsh effects of ATD type anti-estrogens.
Esto Suppress can be used during PCT protocols or on cycle with minimal problems. Epi based prohormones have a similar level of gyno reducing properties however they also have natural growth enhancing and fat loss effects, so you get more of a cycle improvement. Unfortunately Epi products are methylated which means extra liver support is needed.
For non methylated cycles we would recommend using Straight Epi as the mildness alone makes it safe for long cycles. However if using multiple methylated compounds we would recommend avoiding adding another and use a product such as Esto Suppress instead. As one of the only true SERMs legally available this is an excellent choice for correct PCT protocol use and very similar to using a standard tamoxifen PCT. The cycles mentioned are quite different, you will generally find that the Halo cycle is quite a lot more suppressive than the Epistane cycle, partly due to the Epi's native anti-estrogenic effect. However we would still recommend a full 21-28 day PCT course for normal recovery. With Esto Suppress we recommend a 40/20/20 run over 23 days. This is 40mg (4 capsules) per day for 7 days, then 20mg for the remaining 16 days of the cycle (2 weeks and 2 days). We generally recommend a natural testosterone booster to be used simultaneously with any PCT protocol for maximum retention of gains. A product such as the BBS Testify or the iSatori Isa-Test is ideal, though a basic tribulus can be helpful as well.
