CellMass is more than just a creatine, it's a total cell-volumizer and recovery product, so it can be used a lot more effectively than just a pure creatine. The PhD Creatine is excellent quality for the basic stuff, however CellMass can be used during and post workout to massively improve your recover between workouts. Many people also use a dose before bed to prevent muscle breakdown while they sleep. This means you can accumulate more muscle naturally each month and in the long run will gain a lot more size than a regular creatine load. The NT Evolution version is more powerful and designed for those with a harder workout schedule or those on a more professional level, so it's entirely up to you. Most people start with the regular Cellmass which is still a great product and upgrade to the NT evolution version when they need an extra boost or start training more frequently. Cellmass should be used immediately after training sessions and before bed for ideal results. If you want to use a protein shake for additional growth (especially during a mass gain phase) you should have this within 45 minutes of the session ending. Most users will have both, but the Cellmass straight away and then wait 20-30 minutes for a protein shake or mass gainer meal.
