Build and Recover is a post workout recovery drink, a high energy meal replacement and can be a high calorie weight gainer. This multi purpose high protein food supplement is designed to re-fuel the body with essential nutrients after exercise or for the committed individual who will not settle for conventional convenience foods. A comprehensive blend of carefully selected nutrients, each 72g serving contains approximately 50% of the recommended daily amount (RDA) of vitamins and minerals, and is perfect when a healthy energy rich meal is not possible.

The time released protein blend used in Extreme Protein is also found in Build & Recover, this blend is absorbed at different speeds just like solid food. Very low in fat (only 0.9g per serving), ultra low in sodium and lactose, a common cause of stomach upset and allergic reaction for 20% of the population. Each serving supplies 3grams of ultra pure, ultra fine Creatine and combined with dextrose, a high glycemic carbohydrate which creates an insulin release stimulating an increased uptake of Creatine and amino acids by the bloodstream, which transports all nutrients to your muscle cells.

Maltodextrin, Whey protein concentrate, Dextrose, Fructose, Wheat protein concentrate, Soya protein isolate, Creatine monohydrate (4%), Casein, flavouring, Colour: Beetroot powder, Compound vitamin and mineral mixture, Potassium chloride, Thickener: Xanthan gum, Magnesium oxide.

Taken as a post workout drink should be 72g in water, you may also want to add a fast release protein powder to increase protein levels. As a pre-exercise energy source for endurance sports, mix 100g in water or fruit juice. As a high calorie mass builder mix with milk or fruit juice to create a calcium rich, creamy milkshake.
