Questions About Gaspari SuperPump 250 Gaspari SuperPump 250 QuestionFrom Shaun Hi I intend on purchasing Superpump 250 as my pre-workout supplement, however I have a few questions, and would be greatly appreciative if you could answer them as I have never used a N.O. or pre-workout supplement before. 1. Do I need to use the product on a cycle- with short periods of time, such as a week, not using the product (as it contains creatine)? Or can I continuously take the supplement, even if I intend to do so for several months before every training session? 2. Will the amount of creatine in the supplement suffice for maximum training... or shall I need to take a separate creatine supplement (i.e. Creakic or Creadex)? ***N.B. I am also using Synergy Iso-7 which contains creatine.*** 3. Finally, do I take the supplement on non training days? I would be grateful of a response, as this sounds to be an excellent product! Cheers Shaun Gaspari SuperPump 250 Answer SUPERPUMP 250 - Hi Shaun, thanks for your questions. 1) The latest studies indicate that taking a break from creatine isn't really neccessary. You can use it continually as it continues to supply the ATP to muscles (the energy source used in rapid, explosive movements) as long as you keep using supra-maximal levels of it. You can continue using Superpump for long periods. It does contain some stimulants, which we would recommend taking a break every few months, just so your body doesn't adjust to these and see less effect. 2) The creatine dose if you are using Synergy regularly will be enough for the vast majority of trainees. A few good responders to creatine, or those with genetic conditions regarding muscle energy, may benefit from even more, but generally, this should cover you for max results. 3)As you are using protein and creatine/BCAAs etc with Synergy, there is no need to use Superpump on non-training days. It will be more economical to save it solely for pre-workout days. There is no advantage to using N.O boosters without training other than getting a more vascular look - so if you are modelling/competing/just trying to look good on the beach - you can use the Superpump then for an extra boost, but generally, save it for training and get the most value for money and great results. Gaspari SuperPump 250 QuestionFrom shaun Hi, Just received my superpump 250. At the moment i am taking mass fx and Androbolix (pct), I took 1xscoop 1st day than tried 2xscoops 2nd day. Than had ago with 3xscoops which didnt go down to well, had blured vision/dizzyness and went straight through me. Would you say 3xscoops is to much or cause of my pct?. And can you mix this with yer protein drink early morning or keep separate. Thanks guys. Gaspari SuperPump 250 Answer Gaspari Superpump 250 - Hi Shaun, thanks for your questions. The Superpump is a blend of stimulants and compounds like creatines. If you take too much of these in one go, they can cause hyperventilation and digestive problems - so I'd say the likeliest explanation is simply that 3 scoops is more than your body can cope with currently. Stick with 1-2 scoops for a couple of weeks. You can then try 3 scoops out again once your body has adjusted if you want (though many trainees get a good enough effect from less scoops anyway). It's usually best to keep the superpump separate from your protein shake as this is a faster release product and protein can slow down digestion and degrade some of the effect. The only difference is if you're using a specific fast acting whey isolate/hydrosylate product with no other protein types or fillers in.
