have been looking at this product diet protein from \'reflex\' do you use it as a meal replacement? and do i need to take it before and after the gym? Do I need to take anyhting else with it if to replace meals or this product on its own is fine?

Reflex Diet Protein 900g - Hi Anton, thanks for your question. The Diet Protein is essentially a low carb protein meal with some additional ingredients that help promote fat loss and appetite control. It can be used to replace 1-3 snack sized meals per day. It can certainly be used before and after the gym, or just inbetween your normal meal schedule. When dieting you will generally want a high protein intake but a reduced amount of carbohydrates and fats. The Diet Protein can be used alone as a meal replacement shake, although you can blend it up with additional low calorie ingredients like berries, yoghurts etc if you wish.
