CNP Professional Whey - 2.27kg

Whey protein is known to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and can thus promote gains in lean muscle when combined with exercise and a suitable nutritional protocol. CNP Professional's whey protein contains a full range of amino acids and is particularly high in Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) and glutamine, the most abundant amino acid found in muscle. These amino acids, which are rapidly depleted by intense exercise, play a vital role in energy metabolism, neurotransmission, recovery, immune function and gastrointestinal health.

CNP Professional's whey protein only uses high quality ingredients and contains at least 78% protein which provides approximately 20 grams of protein per 25 gram serving

Use Instructions

Mix one scoop (25g) in to 200ml of water by using a shaker bottle, blender or mix with a fork. Whey protein can be mixed with water or milk or even fruit juices etc. If mixing with milk however remember to check the additional calories and carb content from these to ensure you are not exceeding your requirements. Milk generally improves the taste and texture of whey shakes but you are ingesting a sticky sugar in the form of lactose and lots of sodium and heat damaged proteins. This isn't a disastrous food if you're looking to gain weight, but not everyone handles milk very well and for those looking to diet to low body fat, it's best to use only water for mixing. If you can't stand the taste, try using a coconut or rice milk alternative or a small amount of yoghurt or other low calorie flavourings to make your own improved shakes without too many empty calories.
