NUTRIWHEY 5lb - Hi Paul, thanks for the question. Yes, absolutely Nutriwhey is a very clean and lean whey formula which is ideal for a recomp diet where both fat loss and fresh gains are required. I'd also check out the Reflex Instant Whey Deluxe or the CEL Lab Series Whey which are slightly more advanced versions of this product, but Nutriwhey is still a great choice and tastes pretty great too for a pure whey.

Tastes great. Not used it for long so can't comment on gains but whey protein is whey protein for the most part. As long as this avoids soy or wheat
like some junk out there sure it will do the job. But digested well and tasted like chocolate milk, no chemical sick taste like reflex.
