Directions for use:
For a 25g protein serving: Add 1 heaped scoop to approximately 150ml of cold water.
For a 50g protein serving: Add 2 heaped scoops to 300ml of cold water.
Stir directly into a glass with a fork or use a blender or hand held shaker and mix for about 30 seconds. Have 2 to 4 servings daily.

Best tasting regular protein I've used. I like USN flavours. Miles better than Promax, which is horrible and leaves you really gassy and bloated up.
Still very thin but no lumps and easy to drink a lot of it. I go between the Musclefuel-anabolic and this during the day and gain weight much easier
now. Thanks for the recommendations Physique-IQ.
