The Anabolic Halo is a very specific post workout product designed to help you recover rapidly and thus grow faster and avoid overtraining. It does not contain the protein of the Muscle Fuel Anabolic which is more of a meal replacement used throughout the day rather than only after training. Ideally you can use the Anabolic Halo straight after training and the Muscle Fuel Anabolic once or twice a day away from training times inbetween meals. The sizing guide is approximate and it can vary between individuals, however I would expect 2 scoops is about right. When using a cell-volumizing recovery product like Halo, take this immediately upon finishing your workout (have it mixed up ready if needed) this should be shuttled into your body by primed insulin levels. Protein post workout is very important but this can be up to 60 minutes after the workout for more or less the same effect. So Halo immediately and then the Syntha-6 about 20-30 minutes later is about right.
