Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, Megatein (Whey Protein Concentrate, Non Fat Dry Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Ultra Micro Filtered Whey Protein), Fructose, Natural Cocoa, Soy Bean Oil, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Guar Gum, Potassium Chloride

Add three level scoops to 16 oz. of water or 3 heaping scoops to 24 oz. of milk. Blend for 20 seconds or until evenly dispersed.

For the Ultimate Mega Gainer Shake: Add 4 heaping scoops to 20 oz. non-fat milk, 2 cups low fat ice cream, 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons unsalted peanut butter, 5 tablespoons honey and 3 tablespoons brewers yeast. Mix in blender until you have desired consistency. Now you have 3,000 calories, 507 grams carbs and 126 grams of protein!
