It can sometimes take a while for the body to adjust to eating much higher calories, especially if you are naturally slim and don't have a big appetite already. I would recommend starting with 2 scoops 2 or 3 times per day inbetween your normal meals, so you are eating food or a shake every 2-3 hours throughout the day. As you increase in size and start to train more heavily your appetite will naturally increase and you can up the serving size to 3 scoops twice per day. You only need to increase the dose if you stop growing, but it's generally better to eat lots of small meals and shakes than try to have too much in one go and overload your digestion. If you find you struggle to eat much, try adding the Anabolic Designs Ravenous which should improve appetite. First off it's impossible to give an exact number of tubs or servings required to reach a weight point - this will depend almost entirely on your genetics, fat levels, training intensity, lifestyle etc. I would recommend you alter your training as 1 bodypart splits are rarely the ideal way to gain foundational mass and are better suited to large bodybuilders with a major muscle base. I'd consider several full body workouts and a blend of power and hypertrophy days with different rep and set schemes for maximum growth. You should use Hyperbolic Mass between 2 and 3 times per day. Start with half sized servings to adjust and then build up. The total amounts required will depend on how much food you eat from other sources.
