SUGGESTED USE

For regular supplementation following normal athletic training routines take one heaped teaspoonful (5gm) dissolved in a glass of juice immediately after training. For maximum effect following an intensive training programme increase the above, with up to two heaped teaspoonsful (10gm) dissolved in a glass of juice, taken between meals, i.e. twice a day.
